The Elmina Hotel stands out from other luxury hotels with its distinctive design and attention to detail. The inspiration for this design came from the arched original windows, the vibrant flea market, and the surrounding area, which served as a direct source of inspiration for colors, shapes, and sensations. The interior features stone floors adorned with colored tiles, Versailles parquet floors draped with colorful African rugs and textiles. The furniture follows a clean and modern style, complemented by intense art saturated with colors and personal statements. All these elements come together to create an eclectic story that showcases the unique character of the place.
What sets the Elmina Hotel apart is not only its design, but also its location. Situated facing the old city of Jaffa and the Mediterranean Sea, guests are treated to breathtaking views and a sense of history. The combination of the ancient Ottoman building and the modern interior design creates a harmonious blend of the past and the present.
The Elmina Hotel project began in March 2019 and was completed in September 2019. The meticulous attention to detail and the preservation of the building's historical features make this design a true testament to the designer's dedication and creativity.
